I have several friends that ref at our local paintball field. They make $25 a day, including free food, drinks, co2/copressed air refills, and free admission on days that they're not a ref. They also receive tips when they ref a private party.
Information provided by Bullit Paintball team captain: Nolan M.

There is not specific title for those in the paintball industry, but there are some names. Those who work on guns are considered "techs". Those who watch the games and make sure it is fair are "refs". Those are the only 2 names in paintball that are unique.
Players in the WHL get almost nothing so I would think that the refs wouldn't get much
Top refs earn upwards of £20,000 for refereeing the World Cup!
The average is roughly $50,000
depends on the field but typically, not much
It can seem, sometimes, that the Refs in a football game make or miss calls in favor of one team or against another. This really isnt the case though. The refs can and do make the wrong call, miss calls, etc, but thats just because they are human, and humans can make mistakes. So be calm and realize that there really aren't refs in the NFL with an anti-Minnesota Vikings agenda.
Well if its a club not much you just need people who want to join who have or are planning to buy paintball guns, a place to meet, and if you want you can find a nearby course or make your own.
Which marker. Piranha does not make a pump gun i believe.
No, paintball co2 is much higher pressure.
