How much do NFL place kick holders get paid?

These days, the punter is the placekick holder on almost all, if not all NFL teams. A more interesting question is how much does a long snapper earn. Several teams have players who have no other function on the team. (I'm writing these words at 3 AM and I have no intention of trying to find an answer at this time.)
