Depends on the league. Anywhere from volunteers to $75 per game.

If the league is using high school referees, they usually get paid the same as a high school game.

The average for my area is $40 per game for a two hour game.

Being a youth soccer ref myself, I can say first-hand that what you're paid depends on which county and leagues you are affiliated with. In Sussex, you can expect £18 per game plus 25p per mile, to cover distance travelled to get to the match. I expect that this figure will vary dependent on location.

It depends on the level of players being officiated and the state, conference, league etc. Some refs in local recreation leagues referee for free. NBA refs start at $91,000 per year and top out at $550,000 per year.
