Two yellow cards equals a red card and in the Barclays Premier League and other competitions it will be a one game ban but if you get a straight red your suspension could be 1-10 weeks and even more. And if you eventually end up getting 5 yellow cards in that same season you will also serve a one match ban.
2 cautions (yellow cards) automatically earn a send off (red card). However in some leagues or competitions there is a difference in how many matches the player will be suspended from, a red resulting from a second yellow may suspend the player for one match while a red straight away may suspend the player for 3 matches. In other competitions like the FIFA World Cup there is no difference, both types of red will result in 1 game suspension.
No only yellow and red cards are there in soccer.
The player would be sent off after the second caution, not the third.
The cards used in soccer (2) were the yellow card (warning) or red (sent off).
You cant get blue cards. You can get red and yellow cards though. You get a yellow card for a foul or diving or a minor handball. If you get two yellow cards then you get a red card and get sent off. You get a straight red card for a bad foul or a goal saving handball or a goal saving foul. ____ There are blue cards in indoor soccer and beach soccer. Word Cup, European and English soccer don't use the blue card. I don't believe the MLS does either. The blue card is issued for minor violations and the player is generally sent off the field for a few minutes to serve a penalty.
Soccer is one such sport.
A player can get 2 yellow cards which = a red card and also get a straight red card. Also a player can get a yellow card but then without getting a 2nd yellow card the player can recieve a straight rad card
Cards are only shown for misconduct. A foul can also be misconduct, but does not have to be.
No they're not. A player gets a yellow card when they have done something bad, 2 yellow cards for the same player in one game, equals a red card, when a red card is shown the player must leave the pitch, they are not even allowed to go back to the sub bench with their team mates they must return to the locker room
Of course he has received 1 or more yellow and red cards. Yes
It is a warning
Soccer cards have not commanded the high prices as other sports cards. While the highest selling baseball card went for $2.8 million dollars, a Rutherford Cigarettes Robert Smyth McColl card is the highest priced soccer card at $10,000.
