Despite winning 5 of their 6 preseason games, the Saints won only 3 of 14 games in the 1967 season.

This included their first-ever win, against the Philadelphia Eagles, on November 5, 1967. Their other two wins were against the Atlanta Falcons and the Washington Redskins.

The New Orleans Saints were originally in the NFL Capitol division, with Dallas, Washington, and Philadelphia. In their first year, they went 5-1 in the pre-season, then 3-11 in the regular season.

Division opponents : lost twice to the Cowboys, split with the Redskins and the Eagles.

Non-division opponents : beat only the Atlanta Falcons, losing the other seven games to the Rams, Browns, Giants, 49'ers, Steelers, Cardinals, and Colts.

They went 13-3 in regular season. They had a bye the first week of the playoffs, so I think they've won two post season games. (Beating out the Cardinals and the Vikings to send themselves to the Super Bowl)
