There are currently 34 Rotary Zones in the world that help organize Rotary clubs internationally. Each zone is made up of multiple districts and helps facilitate communication and collaboration among Rotary clubs.

At this time there are no Rotary clubs in Myanmar. Rotary does have a presence in building water systems for orphanages. It is a multi club venture started by the Newport Irvine club in California and the Masai Rotary Club in Thailand. Search "Rotary in Myanmar" for YouTube videos on the subject.
