Hockey safety rules are the rules put in place to keep players from getting hurt. Some of the rules are to not hit other players with your hockey stick, no tripping, no pushing, and no hitting.
Apparently it is for helping spectator to see the game. I'm not sure about that but i read it somewhere !
Net Practice is an actual practice in an enclosed place (i.e. enclosed in the nets.) It is the practice(Keeping in mind) as if you are playing an actual match. Net practice is important from the point of view of each player ,because , in an actual match each player has to face the pressure from the crowd , the moods of different players ,etc. So, from the point of view of players , Net Practice is very important .( May be it is football, hockey, golf,etc. )
Whenever the ball is in play. You substitute on the fly so the game won't stop for you to go in. As soon as the player you're going in for is off the field, you sprint on the field and get in the game!
Well, in the past, besides baseball, boxing matches were held there and, recently, an NHL hockey match took place at Fenway.
