Through the 2009 elections, Yogi Berra is the only one. He played 18 seasons (1946-1963) with the Yankees and 4 games with the Mets in 1965. He also was a manager of both the Yankees (1964, 1984-1985) and the Mets (1972-1975).
Casey Stengel also managed both the Yankees (1949-1960) and Mets (1962-1965).
Since the Mets inception in 1962 there have been over 900 players that have worn a Mets jersey. Obviously, writing out the entire list of 900 plus players would just be ridiculous, so I'll give you an abbreviated version of the most recognized Mets:

New York Mets Hall of Fame was created in 1981.
Yes Mike Piazza will most likely make it to the hall of fame, known as one of the most iconic and recognizable players of all time, having some of the most memorable hits in major league history, the best hitting catcher in history, the most home runs ever hit by a major league catcher, and one of the most famous Mets in existence, Piazza has all the major credentials required to be in the Hall of Fame.
As of the 2008 season, the following players are in the Hall of Fame and spent at least one season with the Mets: Richie Ashburn - 1962 Yogi Berra - 1965, 1972-1975 Gary Carter - 1985-1989 Willie Mays - 1972-1973 Eddie Murray - 1992-1993 Tom Seaver - 1967-1977 Duke Snider - 1963 Warren Spahn - 1965 Casey Stengel - 1962-1965

There's general consensus that the best Met of all time is Tom Seaver. Tom Seaver was elected into the MLB Hall of Fame with the highest percentage of the vote. He won 3 Cy Youg Awards, the Rookie of the Year, and a World Series with the Mets, and was nicknamed "The Franchise" before the Mets (in a move that many of their fans never forgave) traded him on June 15, 1977.
Omar Quintanilla was a member of the New York Mets. He played shortstop for the Mets during the 2012 - 2014 seasons.
