36 seasons in the NFL, 3 as a defensive coordinator and 33 as a head coach. He was defensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions from 1960-1962, head coach of the Baltimore Colts from 1963-1969, and head coach of the Miami Dolphins from 1970-1995.
