Through Super Bowl XLIII, Doug Williams of the Washington Redskins is the only one. He completed 18 of 29 passes for a then Super Bowl record 340 yards which included an 80 yard pass to Ricky Sanders. He also tied the then Super Bowl record with four touchdown passes as the Redskins went on to win Superbowl XXII in January 1988, with Williams deservedly picking up the MVP.

The New York Giants quarterback won one (Super Bowl XXI) as a starting quarterback. He was a member of the victorious team in Super Bowl XV, but was unable to play because of an injury.
Charlie Batch has two Super Bowl rings. He won these championships as a backup quarterback with the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XL (2006) and Super Bowl XLIII (2009). His contributions were significant during his time with the team, even if he was not the starting quarterback.

Matt Cavanaugh won two Super Bowl rings during his NFL career, both as a backup quarterback. He earned these championships with the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XXIII (1989) and Super Bowl XXIV (1990).
