I can only account for two (but there may be more.) Jamaal Anderson for the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl XXIII and Kevin Dyson for the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV. Though he didn't play, George Siefert was head coach for Super Bowls XXXIV and XXXIX with the San Francisco 49ers.

I overlooked Chris Kemoeatu who played in Super Bowl XLIII with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was on Pittsburgh's roster for Super Bowl XL but, technically, did not play in the game.
