It all depends on the skill level of the girl and usually how long she has been playing. I"d have to say the average is about 70-75. I'm a school coach for 6th graders and i have girls pitching very accurate at 60-65 but they have been playing for a while. Speed doesn't really matter as much as accuracy does.
To be a teenager you should to 13-19, but do not grow up to fast.
You want the javelin to be going as fast as possible when you release it. If you are running as fast as you can and THEN throw it, it will have significantly higher velocity, and will travel farther.
It's mostly teenager who start, but it's NOT a smart idea.
Between 55 and 75 MPH
really fast
it depends on how fast you throw it and if you can throw strikes i would say from 4'11 or above but you dont have to be tall to be a good pitcher it just helps
As fast as you can throw them ;)
As fast as you throw them...
Depends how fast you throw it
As fast as you can throw it.
If you're 16-18 years old it should be 1.8 or 1.9 seconds
It all depends on how fast that you throw the ball.
