Darcy Fast was born March 10, 1947, in Dallas, OR, USA.
It varies from player to player. Some throw in the 70s to the upper 90s.
However fast the pitcher throws it. In the pros, pitchers, on average, throw a four-seam fastball in the early 90's (mph). A high school senior about 75-80, a 6th grader about 50-60, and a starting player about 20-30. But those are for baseball pitchers, not your everyday person.
They'd have to be really fast. I know a runningback (high school) that can run a fourty yard dash in 4.40 seconds as a freshman. That's really fast

There are different opinions about this. I wouldn't say they should be banned, but the school itself should not make junk food and carbonated beverages available to students, such as in vending machines. Fast foods from McDonald's and other fast food restaurants should not be served at school, either.
