I don't recall who but in the 08 Olympics Men's Volleyball, Bulgaria vs Russia, the fastest serve I saw was a Matei Kaziiski serves it was 137 kph, which is 85 mph. Retired beach volleyball player Louis O'Rear of Cantonment, Florida was clocked at 88 mph on Pensacola Beach. He now teaches science at Ransom Middle School.
