There is no system like that in Soccer.
To get points you sore goals only,
3 points are awarded to the winning team, (eg: Rangers 2 Celtic 1) Rangers get the 3 points, Celtic get none.
If the result is a Draw, (eg: 0-0 or 1-1, 2-2 and so on) each team get awarded 1 point each. These are totaled up at the end of the Season and the team with the most points win the League that they compete in.
If more than one team have the same amount pf points, it is then judged on goal difference (the goals for and the goals against) this will be done mathematically and the team with the best average are declared Champions.
This is the basic format.

To score a goal in a soccer game you need a strategy and a team ofcourse. you need a plan. you need to be patient and pass the ball. you have more than enough time. come up with plays with your team. such as: over laps; give and gos; one-twos; use those to get around defenders. but if that doesnt work usually accurate passes down the field towards the goal your facing works. take a shot and dont miss.
You score in a soccer game by kicking the soccer ball into your opponents net from any area on the field. This is called a goal.
If you mean goals, you score a goal by putting the ball in the oppositions' net.
If you points, as in league tables 3 for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss.
