Well, first, you have to know what the jumps are. You can search them on Google or YouTube...
You can't just magically be amazing at a toe touch, or do an amazing pike with just a few minutes of practice.
My advice would be to stretch every night, especially straddles, splits, and pikes are a good stretch to do a good jump.
Practice the jumps as well because the more you are use to doing them, the easier the timing will be...which means you can focus more on the form and the flexibility of your jumps!
Good luck!(:
* Know the routine forwards backwards and sideways * Have high jumps * Tumbling always helps * Be confident * Don't cheer to slow or fast, to loud or soft
Fleas jump fast
No, crocodiles don't jump. But they roll fast.
when a tigers hunts first its slow then it jumps
You would have to go to the store and look for one. It could be very difficult.

A hare wallaby does not run. It jumps. It is capable of jumping quickly.
stretching is most important, this will give you higher and prettier jumps. Every school does different preps before the actual jump but at mine, you start in a high V. bend your knees while swinging your arms down in front of you. jump up and have your arms in a T. keep your back straight and don't slouch. on your way down, snap your legs back together and land with your feet together on the ground.
a arctic fox can swims ,run fast and jumps
No you don't have to be fast you just have to have faith in yourself to beable to do it.
to do it yourself
