How do you soften a baseball hat?

The more you wash your hat the softer it will get. In my opinion you should not try to soften it. If you want to form the bill just use a rubber-band overnight (ie. to give it a curved bill). The softer the hat gets the worse it will look and fit.

you can cut the Baseball cap or or let your dog chew this is what i think you can do

Rub the sweat spot with a damp, soapy towel, then rub with a towel.
