first you put on the shell under armor then you put on the spankys and then the shirt and finally the vest.

For competition you put on the top ( which is only half of a shirt and it is very itchy) Then you put on the little skirt which has built in bloomers. Then you pull up you hair into a pony tail and it has to be on the top of you head so the bow can be seen. And finally you do your makeup and shoes.

depending on the type of uniform like if its spendex (the strechy shiny material) then you can put it in the dryer for like a couple min. but if its like more of a corse material you have to get a smaller size. But you have to be carefull with some uniforms because if it has a certain type of writing on it washing/drying the uniform can ruin the writing

Im assuming youre talking about cheer curls. While every company is a little different, most times what I do is put the actual hair in a bun. The hairpiece should fit overtop the bun. Then you will want to take a big plastic needle and some thread and sew the lining of the hairpiece into the hair
