Start small. Work on growing the sport in your area. Go to rec centers with flyers, go to adult league sports and promote, build a free website (myspace, facebook etc). there is many many many leagues and organizations based on their local community. use your site to network (you can acquire over 150 dodgeball contacts nationwide in about 5 minutes on myspace). you can acquire contacts with tournament hosts, invite some clubs to come play at your venues, and thus you will grow and get your name out. Go get involved with high schools and churches. Promote promote promote everywhere. Once you get a solid base you can become a non-profit organization if desired and branch out further.
