Yes you can. All you need to do is either spit on them or use a bit of water. They wont get as sticky as when you bought them but it helps.
First thing is to get duct tape. Then you rap the back side of the duct tape around your hand and then do that again but on the sticky side rap the sticky around the sticky side that on the outside of you fingers. And there you go.

Last year i had a teammate that had black gloves for away games and white for home games and he was never asked to remove them therefore i don't think the color of the glove matters. The make of the glove and how "sticky" the glove is may affect whether it may be worn or not. There are some gloves that make the high school regulations that don't meet college and pro's but that will be mentioned on the outter plasitc case that the gloves come in. As long as it is approved by NFHS then they should be allowed
