I would suggest working out. But one thing most kids misunderstand is they think to throw hard, you have to throw your arm out every time. Instead of that, use more of your lower body to throw. I would also suggest two things:
1. Play long toss-
When you have time, go find a glove and a mitt and something to throw against. Then back up a long ways and just play long toss.
2. Arm Workouts-
When you have time, get an inch thick rubber band and hook it up to a fence. Then hold it in your arm and pull back.( Or if you have a bo-flex, use that too Do this 50 times and soon, you'll be throwin' like the pro's!!!
right arm
Let go the right way and swing your arm around fast. This also goes for softball.
65 or earlie 70s depending on the training you receive remember pitchers need to run constantly to keep there arm up to date.

Yes you definitely can if it hits in the right spot and is the right speed. I'm a pitcher myself. Now, if by chance you meant "Can you break your arm throwing a baseball pitch", that's doubtful, but you can certainly throw your arm out of joint, and do considerable tendon or rotator cuff damage.
That is a term used with pitchers and means the pitcher has an arm/shoulder injury.
It will have increase in speed with increase in time

increase the effort arm to 8 feet
The speed of a catapult is affected by factors like the tension in the catapult's rope or spring, the weight of the projectile being launched, the length of the catapult arm, and the angle at which the projectile is launched. Increasing tension, reducing projectile weight, increasing arm length, and finding the optimal launch angle can all help increase the speed of a catapult.
accelerate means to increase speed.
You can install a razor booster from razorblade.com that will increase gaming speed. If you want to increase internet speed or download speed, that depends on your router.
