I would suggest working out. But one thing most kids misunderstand is they think to throw hard, you have to throw your arm out every time. Instead of that, use more of your lower body to throw. I would also suggest two things:

1. Play long toss-

When you have time, go find a glove and a mitt and something to throw against. Then back up a long ways and just play long toss.

2. Arm Workouts-

When you have time, get an inch thick rubber band and hook it up to a fence. Then hold it in your arm and pull back.( Or if you have a bo-flex, use that too Do this 50 times and soon, you'll be throwin' like the pro's!!!
