Firstly rest it.
It will take on average 3 weeks t be back in normal sporting activity. When first pulled or torn. Ice packs placed on the area then replaced with a warm pack (not hot). warm massage - This will be a liitle uncomforatble in the early days of the injury. - When the pain eases following the massage period start doing very light stretching routines. There will be iscomfort doing this until the muscle continues the healing process, still use hot/cold packs to help the recovery process. When the muscle feels comfortable start increasing the stretches, this can include moving up and down steps (this is where the pain will be noted as well as bending)
yea
Forever.
To heal a hamstring you may want to apply cold to your leg and stretch it often after showers. You can stretch a hamstring by crossing one leg over the other then bending over. Also give it time to heal, try not to repull it. Hope this helps. =]
Hamstring tear
You will be able to feel a tightness in the area that you pulled the muscle. And it will be sore.
Well, it depends how bad you have pulled it. But I remember when I pulled my hamstring, I could run through it, but it did hurt. And the more you run through it, the worse it will get. Hamstrings take a long time to heal, so I would recomend not to. You should sit down and let it rest and not put alot of pressure on it to get the quickest results.
Well,it depends on how bad you pull your eyes because your eyes have been strained and they have to heal up and they may or may not need help to heal.
for what are the hamstring responsible?
