Well that's an edorsement deal in my player mode. In the my player mode season after many games you can create them. It's better to get A+ in your games because i think you can create them earlier. This is the 4th endorsement deal i think. You should get this at least probably in 60 games completed or less.

You must unlock the shoe endorsement deal. How to do that? You have to play games with your dude and be given endorsements. One of the endorsements is the shoe one which gives you the ability to create your own signature Air Jordan's.
