A pass/bump is the most important part of a play because that is how it starts. The correct stance to begin a pass is to bend your knees so that they are over your toes then make your shoulders over your knees then simpley put your arms together so that the bottom of your arm is faceing upward while your hands are put together so that your thumbs are right next together and pefectly straight. P.S it is a whole lot easier to show then to tell.
