Release the top fasteners with a screwdiver as you would do in any other helmet facemask, for the quick release fasteners you must insert a blowing needle (or any object with similar lenght and shape like a nail) into the middle button to release the latch, to re insert the quick release press the middle button and push the fastener into the round metal part on the other side of the rubber protection
you change it by taking out the screws and take off the facemask. then put the new one on then screw it in to place.

Yes you can. I bought a Oakley visor for my X1 and had some issues getting it on when following the directions. You have to remove the facemask from the helmet and attach the visor to the facemask then place it on the helmet. The middle tab on the visor is designed to be under the front "bumper" pad but because the Xenith helmet's "bumper" pad is connected to the entire shock bonnet assembly the visor's tab has to be exposed.
