All I can say is...BATTING PRACTICE! Per most manufacturers, you're supposed to rotate the bat when you hit, so that every side receives the impacts. Since most kids know nothing of labels, knots and suck like (wood bats), this is done naturally. Never use aluminum is cold environs and never in the cages with the dense, overweight machine balls.
