send letters to clubs in your surronding area saying you think you would be right for there team and put details of were you may be playing and times in the fortcoming weeks. Also attend local training schools run by clubs these are often run by scouts and are a good way to get spotted.

do a search for sports agents or a great place to start is www.nflpa.org or www.prosportsgroup.com or www.smww.com that will get you in contact with many agents....

You can talk to your coach about your ability. Don't worry about contacting a scout, because if you have the potential the NFL scout will contact you.
