Practice. If you're thinking about becoming an Allstar cheerleader, high school cheerleader, etc. you really have to practice to show you're good enough for that team. Practice will also help your endurance and make you stronger, for flyers you should practice stretching your skills because they won't get any better without practicing them. For tumbling you have to practice and work hard to get those harder skills you want. I really think that with everything you do in cheering you need to practice and work your hardest! There is no good or bad cheerleader. Yes , coaches base them off what they bring to the table , but that is not what is always good. A good cheerleader will be committed to their squad and not be selfish.

You can be a good cheerleader by practicing your,cheers,flips,motions and stuff like that. Practice and team work is all what cheerleading is about!
It is determination. You cant just whip it out and automatically be good. It takes practice and lots. As a cheerleader myself, I didn't just be the perfect cheerleader over night it took a lot of hard work and time.
