Ok, Well I do Cheerleading so I'm going to tell you how to do a BackHandspring. Now First off, you always have to stretch. ( your legs, and your back are the most important) After that you will want to practice your backbends to get the feeling of going back. If you don't know what a backbend is It is where you bend your whole body back Into a bridge. If you can't bend back from standing up then Just start on the floor and raise yourself up. After your done practicing your backbends then try to get the feeling of coming up from a bridge. Once your finished its time to begin.....To Be Continued.
