Can a technics SL-D202 turntable be use for dj?

It can be, but it's not the most practical. The D202 has 10% pitch control, meaning that you can definitely use this for beat matching, but it has a pitch wheel rather than a traditional pitch fader. I don't believe these were made for DJing, but it would not be difficult to DJ with these, so long as you were pretty good at beat matching.
