Jonathon "Jack" Robinson was an MP and Secretary of the British Treasury from 1770 to 1782. During a heated debate in Parliament a Mr Sheridan (an opposition MP) was attacking bribery and its author when members shouted "Name! Name! Sheridan looked fixedly at Robinson and retorted "Yes I could name him as soon as I could say Jack Robinson!"
