A trade with the Washington Redskins.

LeBaron retired after the 1959 season and had planned to move to Dallas to work in law, having gone to law school at George Washington University while playing with the Redskins. Tex Schramm convinced him to play for the Cowboys and traded their first round choice in the 1961 NFL draft to the Redskins to obtain his rights.
