How come black men can jump but white men can't?

It seems like it even though it isn't true...Nate Robinson is like around 5 ft 6 and he was the dunk chapion. Spudd Webb is 5 ft 5...and he is one of the best dunkers he can jump high for his height. but look at Blake griffin also... he does 360s and jumps over (the hood of) cars!
