(I asked the question)I am a competitive cheerleader and before I go on I get super nervous, during the routine I end up getting so nervous (plus the flipping and jumping which don't help) that I end up puking on or right after I get off the floor... I really need a cure for this or my parents won't let me cheer anymore and I would hate that since I love cheering:)
