If you have a friend that is a cheerleader you could ask them for help. If not you could sign up for a non-tryout team, most non-tryout teams will teach you most everything you need to know- try going to popwarner.com and selecting find a league this will most likely help you find a team.

I been to one for school and they expect you to do a flip, tumble, they teach you a dance and a cheer than you try out doing it but this is probably just for middle school high school and college- not elementry school.

Is makeup bad for your skin even if you take it off every night?

yes. it actually is because ut sits on your face all day when you have it on! does that answer your question?\o/* sexy sports cheerleder babe Not necessarily! You can actually pay a bit more money to get a makeup that is completely organic, and fit for your skin. I have it, and it works great! Regular makeup that you get from a drugstore, yes, it's bad for your skin. But you can get better ones. You can go to Macy's and get a custom one made, that is better for your skin, because it is fit for your skin. There are places you can go to, to get completely organic makeup. Of course, it doesn't last that long, and it wears off a bit more quickly, but it keeps your face clear of pimples, so that, you don't have to wear makeup. Now, the place makeup is the worst for you is around your nose and mouth. Most of your blood vessels in your face are in that area. And the makeup can go into your bloodstream, that blood it then carried up to your brain, poisoned with makeup. Be careful not to apply too much! And try to avoid putting makeup around those areas. Thank you Dr. OZ for making that clear to me :]
