you have to extend the bat, lower swing is best.i hit 5 homers my best at bat.i learned that you have to not try 2 hit it out everytime, because the game tries to trick you.so try to hit to center field or right.ive beat it 3 times an every homer is in the same place
I'm still learning also but I picked up the catching part tonight (found your question while I was searching how the heck you run on Pinch Hitter 3?) LOL
OK - The way to catch is to move your player toward the ball with your mouse. Use the shadow of the ball to line it up with your glove. When the ball gets close to you hit your left button on your mouse.
Takes a little practice but you will pick it up!
Good luck!
You don't actually make yourself slide it does it by itself. You have to click your mouse every second and your speed goes up, you have to get there before it is out. That part is Running in Pinch Hitter 3.
It took practice but all you do is click exactly every one second and you begin to pick up speed.
