One answer would be to use your shoulder pads to block the tackle. Lower your pads, bend your knees a little and then explode through the tackle. You probably have longer arms, too. Use that stiff arm to keep them from wrapping up and keep running by them.

Also, pick your knees up when you run. That will keep them from grabbing a foot.
