Only one. Archie Griffin is the only College Football player to ever win the Heisman trophy twice. He completed this feat in the 1974 and 1975 seasons.

I am nearly 100% that no one has but Tim Tebow won one year and was a nominee for the heisman the next year, which Mark Ingram won, from the University of Alabama
