Found a Green Bay Packer pennant that reads 1966-67 Super Bowl Champions and has a black and white photo of the team on it. Color is more teal than green. What is the value on something like this?

I am not an expert but a friend of mine has a team photo pennant and he wont part with it. I have watched and unsuccessfully bid on a couple of these photo pennants on ebay and depending on condition they will sell for between $100-$400. I am not a dealer and just looking to add nostalgic items to my man cave. I would be interested in purchasing and would offer a fair price if you are willing to sell?? In todays Market with a pennant in Near Mint Condition, i could go for as much as $700.00 for the right buyer!!
