No. The moveable parts of the roof constitute 4 acres out of 11, and there is no structurable support over the pitch itself to support a full retractable roof. Although it is unclear (and hasn't been clearly stated anywhere one way or the other) it is quite obvious that the moveable parts are restricted to each 'end' (behind the goals)

It does have a roof yes, but it doesnt fully close. It consists of two pieces, once each one is closed, they only cover both goals, and leave the middle of the pitch open.
