It is the same distance between each base on a Baseball field so it theoretically should take the same amount of time to run between each base. However, if one is running from first to third then it may be quicker because the runner has to build up speed as they start toward second but will already be in full stride from second to third.

The distances are all the same, 90 ft for baseball and 60 ft for softball
