Soccer goalie gloves differ from other sports athletic gloves because of the padding on the back of the glove to protect the metacarpals on the goalie's hand from breaking if the ball made contact with the back of the goalie's hand. These gloves are almost reminiscent of UFC training gloves except for the fact that the fingers are covered on soccer goalie gloves as well.
Soccer is won by one team (there is two teams) scoring the most points. How you score points occurs by kicking or heading or hitting the ball with any part of your body besides your hands and getting the ball into the other teams net.
The defenceman prevents the other team from scoring goals. They can go in the goalie box with the goalie. They basicly are the people who are second goalies, except they can not hanle the puck with their hands.
Since the goalie is the only one allowed to use their hands, they have different uniforms so the referee's can identify them for the other players.
They try to stop the other team scoring, they defend the goalkeeper and the goal.
A Goalie (more properly called a goal keeper) tries to prevent the opposing team from scoring goals by either catching, punching, kicking or in some other way blocking the progress of the ball and prevent it from going into the goal.
Soccer is a sport in which you need to shoot the soccer ball into the other players net. On your side you want to keep the ball from going into your net. You cannot use your hands unless you are the goalie.
No I think the goalie's jerseys are those colors just so you can distinguish the difference between the other players and the goalie.
You get a goal kick when the other team kicks the ball off the field where your goal is...then you put the ball on one of the corners of the goalie box and the goalie kicks it as hard as they can down the field
in volleyball you use your hands, and in soccer you use your feet, with the exception of the goalie. Also in volleyball, you play on a smaller court, with 6-8 players, in soccer you can have i believe up to 12 or 14 players on the field.
