Do you wear underwear under cheerleading briefs?

It depends, I mean you can go without, but I usually wear underwear with them. If its something like plain spandex(nike pros for example) I've gone without and its fine but it depends on the spankies or briefs, and its up to you.

some uniforms have shorts rather then skrits and then most but not all cheerleaders wear shorts to practice

typically, cheerleaders wear spandex instead of underwear. Some however, wear thongs but sometimes you can see the shape and imprent on the skirt.
