Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in, and of course if tampons make sure you use correct absorbency. Pads don't have to be bulky, active people may prefer to use period underwear instead of pads or cloth pads instead of disposable pads. If active internal options like menstrual cups can be better than tampons as they don't increase cramps or leak like tampons, plus can be worn with light flow.
Make sure you have a pad or tampon with you and wear it
you should put in a tampon and wear a pad in your underwear
Yes, there is no harm in using a pad or tampon during treatment for chlamydia.
if you feel like your gonna get your period then wear a pad and if that happens run down to the office and ask if you can call your parents and they can come and give you a pad or tampon
No you shd wear a pad so when the doctor has to look down there you don't have to pull it out and be left with nothing for you period the rest of the time. Unless you bring another tampon for after your doctor looks at your vagina.
you get a tampon or pad
Yes you can. Just use a tampon. Your flow usually slows down when you're swimming. Make sure you do not wear a pad
You buy a pad or tampon and use it, try to stay away from cold drinks and spicy food as they cause cramps in some people. Oh and wear a tampon if you plan to swim. Good Luck!
First if you are allowed to wear shorts you can wear a pad so it doesn't bleed everywhere. But if its during competition wear a tampon or you can ask your parent or coach for advice. You may feel awkward but just know everyone goes through it!
Best choice could be to wear a tampon but, if you don't feel comfortable with that then you could wear a pad with your swim suit and just hang out or tan.
Yes girls can play soccer with their period, although personally I would wear a tampon not a pad. Good luck!!
