Yes, many players have been waived and then later re-signed by their teams. Sometimes a player will be waived for a particular reason unrelated to their prowess on the field, and then re-signed a day or so later. Team owners and personnel managers are tricky guys sometimes...

The All-Star game is played between players of the American League against players from the National League. Starting players are elected by popular vote by fans and players. All MLB teams must have a least one player represented in the game and the teams are managed by the previous season's World Series teams managers.
There are around 25 players on both teams.
110 Players = 10 teams but there is 12 teams so it would actually be 132 Players
What hotel will the players be in during the All star Weekend.
30 teams with 23 active players each. 30 * 23 = 690 players. This doesn't include any players on IR though. Other players can be called up to replace them and the IR players don't count towards the 23 man roster limit. Teams are only allowed to play 20 players in any game. The normal breakdown is 12 forwards (4 lines), 6 defensemen (3 pairings) and 2 goaltenders. The other 3 players on their roster are "scratches" and are not allowed to participate in that game.

It depends. On an nba team they have 15 players. Usually on highschool and college teams theres about 12.
