as long as u can see the whole uniform, anything. on cold days if pitchers hit they usually are allowed to wear jackets. pitchers arent allowed to wear a whole lot on the field except there uniform and an undershirt. the undershirt is not allowed to be white as it is the same colour as the ball and can confuse the batter

The biggest difference between the minor and major games is the skill level of the players. Most major league players started in the minor games. Once they are skilled enough they are drafted into the major games.
There have been 255 Major League players that have hit for the Cycle in a game, there were 122 players in the American League that have accomplished the feat and 133 players in the National League that have accomplished the feat howevver the Miami Marlins and the San Diego Padres have not had any players hit for the Cycle.
