It's pretty much assumed that all the players will get one; the remainder go to coaches, executives, general staff, trainers... basically, it's up to the team. Some teams have given them to former players as well.
The team doesn't have to stop at 150; they can purchase as many more as they like, at about $5000 apiece (the cost fluctuates depending on the current value of gold and diamonds).

However the one time her hubby went to the Big game during his career as an NFL quarterback his team did not come up with a win. She did not say what exactly the "bling" that was being given out was for that year.
