Holly Robinson-Pete, the wife of retired NFL QB Rodney Pete mentioned during Friday's "The Talk", that the wives of the winning Super Bowl team receive jewelry as well. Not a Super Bowl ring like the team, but jewelry. She didn't go into what exactly.

Not generally.

The NFL pays for up to 150 rings. The winning team can give these to whomever they wish. It's pretty much assumed that all the players will get one; the remainder go to coaches, executives, general staff, trainers... basically, it's up to the team. Some teams have given them to former players as well.

The team doesn't have to stop at 150; they can purchase as many more as they like, at about $5000 apiece (the cost fluctuates depending on the current value of gold and diamonds).

However the one time her hubby went to the Big game during his career as an NFL quarterback his team did not come up with a win. She did not say what exactly the "bling" that was being given out was for that year.
