Well, Randy Moss never played with the Dallas Cowboys, but he certainly tormented them a lot. The Cowboys were one of 19 teams -- and Cincinnati passed over him twice -- to ignore Moss in the first round of the 1998 National Football League college draft. He was selected by the Minnesota Vikings with the 20th pick, and ultimately established himself as one of the great wide receivers of the game.
Moss took the Cowboys' snub on draft day personally. He had been confident that Dallas would select him and recalled how disappointed his mother was when it didn't happen. "Just seeing her facial expression and how she looked," Moss said, "I really took that to heart, man, and I told myself any time I play the Dallas Cowboys, I'm never going to forget that look."
In his first seven games against the Cowboys between 1998 and 2007, Moss' teams won every time. Moss scored at least one touchdown in six of those games and accumulated 100 receiving yards in five of them.
He retired after the 2012 season, having played for the Vikings (1998-2004, 2010), the Oakland Raiders (2005-2006), the New England Patriots (2007-2010), the Tennessee Titans (2010) and the San Francisco 49ers (2012).

The Hall of Fame defensive tackle played his entire NFL career (1975-1988) with the Cowboys.
There is no record of anyone by that name ever playing for the Cowboys; the 2008 official Dallas Cowboys media guide does not include him on the all-time roster.
