∙ 8y agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers didn't exist when Babe Ruth played. The BROOKLYN (NY) Dodgers did exist... And Ruth didn't play for them either.
Ruth did play for the Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees and Boston (or was it Milwaukee?) Braves.
If you've seen any photos of him in Dodger blue, it is because he took the job as 1st base coach...which didn't last long. He really wanted to manage the Yankees, but that was never going to happen.
