Arsenal for his youth career, moving to the senior squad and only ever making one official appearance. From then on he went to play for many teams being, Fulham, Bristol City, Newcastle United, Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Manchester City, Portsmouth, Birmingham City, Sunderland, Burnley and Finally ended his professional career at Nottingham Forest. In this career he played for England and now currently coaches at Huddersfield Town.
